Hair, Skin & Nail provides a blend of carefully selected vitamins and minerals that contribute to the normal maintenance of skin, hair and nails. That's why we've included vitamin A, B2, B3, zinc, selenium, iodine and copper as they all contribute to the normal maintenance of skin. Selenium, zinc and copper also contribute to normal maintenance of hair, with selenium and zinc contributing to the normal maintenance of nails.
